Accommodation Rules of Pension Agent

Arrival and Departure

Pension guests will be accommodated upon presentation of a valid identification document to the authorised person. Guest check-in is possible from 14:00 to 19:00. For children, the legal representative shall provide their full name and place of permanent residence.

The guest is required to pay for accommodation and related services according to the pension operator's current valid price list (or the price as of the confirmed reservation date) in advance upon arrival.

At the start of the stay, the guest accepts the room as free of defects; any defects must be reported immediately to the pension owner. If the room or other pension equipment is damaged during the stay, whether through negligence or intent, the guest is obliged to report the damage immediately.

The room must be vacated and the room cards (or keys to the bike/ski storage) handed over to the authorised person on the day the stay ends by 10:00 at the latest. If the room is not vacated and the cards properly returned by 10:00, the guest will be charged for another commenced day of stay.

If the guest hands over the room with incomplete or damaged equipment, the damage will be charged to them in full.

Motor vehicles may enter the pension only through both main entrance gates and park in the designated places, primarily in the car park at the front of the pension building. Leaving the engine running is not permitted.

During night and early morning hours, at the latest from 22:00 to 7:00, both main entrance gates are closed. If a guest wishes to leave the pension area during this time, they shall open the gate and then close it behind themselves. The guest waits until the gate is fully closed to ensure it is actually closed. For this purpose, the authorised person of the pension will authorise the mobile phone number provided by the guest to operate the entrance gates, or will lend the entrance gate remote control to the guest for the duration of the stay.
