Restaurant
The restaurant is the main social space
at our brewery. We designed it as one large
open-plan space so that every guest feels at ease
and can see what the staff are up to. We’re not hiding anything.
Beer culture is important to us, which is why we serve our beer in chilled, wet glasses. That’s the only way to really enjoy your beer.
The restaurant’s indoor dining area can seat 72 people, whilst the outdoor terrace can accommodate a further 48. We have a fully equipped professional kitchen at our disposal, capable of preparing dishes from all over the world.
We usually open the restaurant on Saturdays, depending on visitor numbers in the mountains, as well as during the summer and winter seasons and at long weekends. However, we are always ready to host one-off private events such as weddings, celebrations, corporate parties, training sessions and other social occasions. It all depends on your requirements.
The restaurant’s dining room is equipped with a professional BOSE Acoustimass sound system, as well as a BOSE PA system for hosting concerts and other musical events. An HD projector with a 3m screen is available.
The restaurant also serves a breakfast buffet for guests staying at our guesthouse.
